Charcuterie Board

Ingredients

  
1 (250g) brick cream cheese 
1 block asiago cheese 
1 block mild cheddar cheese 
200g prosciutto 
250g salami (sliced)
375g kielbasa (sliced) 
1 cup mixed nuts
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup dried figs 
1 cup marinated olives 
2 cups gherkins 
1 bag red seedless grapes 
1-2 sleeves crackers (choose your favourite!) 
1 (250ml) jar of Bacon Jam 
1 (250ml) jar of Red Pepper Jelly

• Arrange all ingredients on large wooden board or platter 
 
• Be sure to drain olives and pickles before adding to board 
 
• Break apart grapes, leaving them bunched on vines and place around on platter
 
• Top cream cheese with Red Pepper Jelly before serving 
 
• Serve Bacon Jam on the side (at room temperature)
